De DIGI-LAN® Security netwerkcamera verzendt zonder ingewikkelde configuratie video- en audio-streams in realtime (max. 25 FPS) naar het lokale netwerk (LAN/WLAN) of naar het Internet. Dankzij moderne MPEG4/MJPEG technologie kunt u deze video- en audiostreams live bekijken met Internet Explorer en door middel van de meegeleverde 16 kanaals recorder software opnames maken.
De smalbandige codec is zowel voor Intranet als ook Internet toepassingen uitermate geschikt zonder het netwerk te belasten. Door middel van de geïntegreerde bewegingsdetectie, alarmingang en de op een afstand bestuurbare relais-uitgang zijn er veelvuldige bewakingstoepassingen mogelijk. Dankzij de digitale beeldverwerking en de speciale varifocale autoiris lens kan deze camera zowel binnen als buiten (buitenbehuizing noodzakelijk) toegepast worden.
